We are a private billing practice. This includes privately billed DVA and pension card holders.
Discounted fees are available for valid healthcare/pension card holders.
Telehealth Payments and Document Release Policy;
Payment for telehealth consultations is requested on the day of service.
Please note that non-urgent documents, including referral letters, repeat prescriptions, and medical certificates, will generally only be provided once payment for the relevant consultation has been received. This policy is intended to ensure fairness and consistency for all patients and to support the timely delivery of high-quality care.
If your matter is clinically urgent, our team will prioritise your care irrespective of payment status.
